Providing the correct reference number and amount when making a deposit is mandatory. vd99 is not responsible for deposits that fail to process due to incorrect information.
If your account balance does not reflect a successful deposit, notify the support team within 24 hours. Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be accepted.
A minimum balance of BDT 500 is required in your account to withdraw winnings from vd99. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
The maximum withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000 per day and BDT 5,00,000 per week. VIP members are eligible for higher limits.
To withdraw winnings earned with bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly.

If a match is abandoned, cancelled due to a natural disaster, or does not meet the minimum required play time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vd99. If any of these are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.
Vd99 may temporarily or permanently restrict an account if suspicious activity is detected. To appeal such a decision, please contact our support team.
If fraud is established, vd99 may share relevant information with law enforcement authorities as necessary.
Users may request account closure at any time. The support team will deactivate the account within 24 hours of receiving the request.
If any real money balance remains at the time of account closure, it will be returned to the registered payment method. Bonus balances are non-refundable.
If vd99 finds evidence of rule violations or detects suspicious activity, it may close the account without prior notice. In such cases, any associated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
